The irregular profile of the site presented many challenges for the planning of the tower. The site, located along the inner circle of the central park, inherently holds limited accessibility via a small lane way from the roundabout which pre-disposes the drop off strategy within the ground floor area of the podium. In a second instance, the orientation of the tower within the site needs to address the contextual condition by its standpoint to the surroundings.

The architecture is simple and modern. It is derived by a contemporary elegance with straight simple lines mixed with stone and metal highlights. Long louvered balconies, feature fin walls and maximum glass facades are also direct reflection of the minimal and simple plans within.
